Overview
Housing work covers a wide range on the ground. It can be one family villa, a compound of holiday homes, an apartment block several storeys high, or a camp that has to house a few hundred workers in the middle of nowhere. Each one carries the full build: earthworks, foundations, structure, insulation, the electrical and plumbing and HVAC, then the finishes, the landscaping and the shared buildings people use every day. We've done all of it. Thirty standalone villas at Al Galala, earthworks through to turnkey. Eight residential buildings at R1 in the New Administrative Capital. Concrete works for housing in Riyadh. A 200-staff prefabricated base camp in Libya with its own dining hall, kitchen, storage and laundry.
We run these jobs with our own crews and our own plant, so the work doesn't get handed off to a chain of subcontractors we can't control. One team takes it from the first cut of earth to the day the client gets the keys. Our QA/QC people check each stage against the drawings and specs before the next trade starts, and our HSE system keeps the site in order whether it's a gated compound on the coast or a remote desert camp. When we hand over, the units are finished, the systems are tested and the paperwork is in order.

How we deliver it
We plan the job before we mobilise: unit counts, the delivery method, logistics and the schedule all get worked out against the real site conditions, which matter a lot when the site is hours from the nearest supplier. Our own crews do the building, so we control the pace and the quality directly. We sequence the trades unit by unit and snag as we go, so nothing gets buried behind the next trade's work. Every system gets tested and commissioned, our QA/QC signs off each stage, and we hand over on the date we committed to, ready to occupy.
How we deliver
Scope & site assessment
We go through the drawings, the unit counts and the site itself, whether it's a city plot or a remote camp, and set the delivery method, the logistics plan and the milestones.
Earthworks & structure
Our own crews do the earthworks, foundations and the concrete or prefabricated structure, with QA/QC and HSE watching the whole time.
Envelope, MEP & finishes
Insulation, the electromechanical systems, joinery and finishes go in unit by unit. We snag and close each one before the next trade moves in.
Amenities & turnkey handover
We finish the landscaping, the supporting infrastructure and the shared buildings, test and commission the systems, and hand over units ready to live in.
