Scope
We built this for the Egyptian Army at the Naval Base in Port Said, as an EPC turnkey contract. It's a conference hall with reception foyers and support services, plus several indoor sports halls, all under one roofline. We did the whole thing from the ground up. Earthwork and soil improvement came first, then the cast-in-place concrete structures, then a pre-engineered steel roof spanning the halls.
After the structure we handled the external and internal finishings, the insulation and the full MEP works, then finished with landscaping and turnkey handover. Start to finish, from soil improvement to a commissioned, ready-to-use facility, ran from 2018 to 2019.
