Scope
In 2024 we came in as main contractor to repair and expand Milita Egypt's factory in the Duty Free Zone, Alexandria. The plant had one rule we couldn't break: production stays running. So we tied new pre-engineered steel buildings into the old concrete structures. That meant special foundations, careful structural connections where steel meets concrete, and MEP that had to work across the old and new zones without touching the live plant.
We sequenced every phase around the factory's shifts, so the plant kept running from the day we mobilised to the day we handed over. We finished on schedule. The bigger facility now runs smoother and can take a lot more manufacturing output.
