Scope
In the R1 District of the New Administrative Capital, we built eight multi-storey residential buildings for the Egyptian Army on a full EPC turnkey contract. The work ran from 2018 to 2019. Everything was on us from the first day: earthwork and soil improvement, the reinforced concrete structures, and the whole external and internal finishing.
Past the structure and architecture, we also did the insulations, all the MEP works and the landscaping across the plots. We closed by handing over all eight buildings ready for people to move in. Running eight identical buildings at the same time meant sequencing the trades carefully, floor by floor. We reused the same methods on every building, so the quality held from the first pour to the last fixture.
Build eight multi-storey buildings at once under one turnkey contract, from raw ground to move-in condition, inside a two-year window.
We kept the whole chain in-house: soil improvement, concrete structures, finishings, insulations, MEP and landscaping. The same trade sequence ran across all eight buildings.
All eight buildings were finished and handed over turnkey in 2019, complete with services and landscaping, for the Egyptian Army.
