Overview

As main contractor, we take single-point responsibility for the whole build. We bring the materials, tools, labour and plant ourselves, and we run the job with our own crews. The work moves from earthworks and soil improvement into the concrete structure, then insulation, finishes, MEP and landscaping, and finally a turnkey handover. Because we self-perform instead of stacking layers of subcontractors, the owner deals with one accountable team. That means direct control over quality and programme, and no gaps opening up between trades. It's the same model we ran on the Galala villas, the R1 buildings and the Port Said halls.

Procurement is where we save owners real time. We source locally and import directly, and we handle our own customs and shipping, so critical equipment keeps arriving on site when the programme needs it. Every job runs under formal HSE controls and our own QA/QC. Our reporting is plain and regular, so at any stage you can see where progress, resources and risk actually stand.

How we deliver it

We start by reading the drawings and the site properly and building a programme we can hold to, then we mobilise our own crews and plant against it. We sequence the trades so the structure, MEP and finishes hand off cleanly to each other instead of tripping over one another on site. QA/QC inspects the work as it goes, not at the end, and safety is run the same way. When systems are in, we test and commission them, close the snags and hand over a building that's ready to use, on the date we committed to.

How we deliver

Step 01

Scope & mobilise

We go through the drawings, the site conditions and the programme, then bring in our own crews, equipment and site management under one delivery plan.

Step 02

Procure & resource

We secure materials and critical equipment through local and import channels, and handle customs and shipping ourselves to protect the schedule.

Step 03

Execute & control

Our own trades work from earthworks through structure, MEP and finishes, under formal HSE controls, QA/QC inspection and plain weekly reporting.

Step 04

Commission & hand over

We test and commission the systems, close the snags and hand over the finished asset turnkey, with full documentation.
