Scope
On the Banan residential villas in Riyadh, we worked as subcontractor to the main contractor, Square. We did the full civil works and concrete structures package through the 2025 programme. That covered everything from earthworks and substructure up to the cast-in-place concrete frames. Square ran a formal inspection and approval regime, so our site teams held work at each check point until it was signed off, to their quality and HSE standards.
Hitting that standard on time came down to resourcing. We put enough plant, formwork and skilled crews on site to keep the concrete cycles moving without slipping on tolerances. All the concrete structures went in on spec and inside the 2025 programme. It's the kind of job that keeps tier-one main contractors in Saudi coming back to us for structures.
