Scope
EMC 8 is a full EPC turnkey job for Elite Merchandising Company in the Industrial Area of 6th of October City. It's a three-floor industrial building of roughly 8,000 mΒ², carried on a 300-ton steel structure and built for fabric-industry manufacturing. We started on site in 2025 and are working toward completion in 2026. Current handles the engineering, the procurement and the construction.
The top floor is the hard part. It's a complete free span: no internal columns, nothing in the way, just open production space the owner can lay out however they want. Getting a clear span that size on the top level of a multi-storey steel building takes careful structural design and a disciplined erection sequence. That's the kind of steel and multi-storey industrial work we do.
