Overview
We take a space from shell-and-core to fully finished and ready to use. That means the partitions, the joinery, the finishes, the MEP fit-out and the FF&E, all built to the brand and the specification. We work with as little disruption as we can to whatever is running around us. The jobs range from commercial and retail interiors held to a brand standard, like the Calvin Klein facility fit-out, through to premium landmark finishing: GRC wall panels, classic woodwork, ornate marble and wooden flooring, and GRC false ceilings that hide the MEP and HVAC. We also handle complete internal and external finishing on villas and housing.
Our crews are our own, so we control the sequence, the workmanship and the programme directly. There's no chain of subcontractors sitting between your specification and the finished wall. Our own QA/QC checks every trade against approved samples and mock-ups, safety supervision stays on site the whole time, and we coordinate the finishes with the live building services. That way the handover happens once, clean and on schedule.

How we deliver it
We plan the finishes schedule and the long-lead items up front, then run the trades in a set order with our own crews so nothing sits waiting on someone else's programme. We coordinate closely with the MEP and structural teams so the finishes land cleanly over the services. QA/QC checks each trade against the approved mock-ups as the work goes in, not at the end, and we test and commission before we hand over. The aim is a short snag list and a handover date that holds.
How we deliver
Survey & scope
We survey the shell or the existing space, check the as-built conditions against the design, and lock down the finishes schedule, brand standards and long-lead items before we mobilise.
Samples & mock-ups
Material samples, joinery prototypes and room mock-ups go in for approval, including marble selections, GRC moulds and woodwork profiles, so the quality is agreed before production starts.
Self-performed execution
Our own crews run the partitions, MEP fit-out, ceilings and finishes in a coordinated sequence. QA/QC inspects each trade in-house and safety supervision stays on site throughout.
Snag, commission & hand over
We test and commission the systems, clear snags against a joint inspection list, and hand over the space clean, documented and ready to occupy or trade.
