Scope
We built thirty standalone villas at Al Galala on the Red Sea for the Egyptian Army, as a full EPC turnkey package over 2016β2017. The job started at ground level. We did the earthworks and improved the soil across the remote resort plateau, then poured the concrete structures for every unit.
After the structures were up, we carried the villas through external and internal finishings, insulations and the full MEP works. We finished with landscaping across the compound and handed everything over turnkey. The hard part was the location. It sits far from the usual supply lines, so getting thirty finished units to the same standard came down to tight logistics and doing every villa the same way, from the first cut to the last planting.
Build thirty villas to the same standard in a remote Red Sea resort, starting on unimproved ground with few local suppliers to draw on.
One EPC turnkey delivery. Soil improvement, concrete structures, finishings, insulations and MEP, all run the same way across every unit.
All 30 villas finished, landscaped and handed over turnkey inside the 2016β2017 programme.
